My introduction to working with families began at Tikvah where the management and professional staff there welcomed me and provided a supportive environment. Although I was moonlighting at the time and not attending team meetings the amount of time I was able to collaborate with the staff at Tikvah indicated that they really do live up to their name Tikvah and provide âHopeâ to the people they work with.
