As a clinician, advocate and potential Delegate Assembly Member, I will have the ability to influence upcoming Social Work Bylaws and revisions.

I plan on representing community concerns in the upcoming Code of Ethics revision meetings. In addition to increasing overall visibility of the social work profession and nurture talented team members, I hope to impart critical and relevant changes to reflect the population which we serve.                                                                

I was nominated for a dual position as Delegate Assembly and Member-At-Large. My intent is to maximize social worker's needs including; reward for our consuming work with improved compensation, enrichment and educational opportunities. I am committed to raising the bar for core values and cultural competence, to further upgrade ethical decision making for practitioners.
