I am a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience in the field. My approach tends to be eclectic but my leaning is psychodynamic, and one of my central goals is to build a safe place for self-exploration and understanding. Some of the modalities I use most in practice include Affect Focused Body Work and EMDR, CBT and ACT. In addition to private work, I have facilitated parent workshops through Torah U'Mesorah's well respected FELT program, and have taught courses in various topics in psychology. Though I am based in Israel, I am available for phone and Skype sessions.
