At SHARED CARE we provide the space and time for you to concentrate on what you need. We offer services to fit all types of schedules and needs, which include:
?¢ Day and evening support groups: Here you can share and interact with people who are taking the very same journey. You might come to share or you might just come and listen to how others handle the responsibility.
?¢ Individual and family counseling: Can?t make it to a group or simply want to talk to somebody one on one? Individual and family counseling provides support in a private and safe space.
?¢ Case Management: Need help with paperwork and for certain services. SHARED CARE provides information and referral services.
?¢ Community Resource Bank: Need more information? SHARED CARE has developed a information of a myriad of programs, services and literature for you to come in and review on your own or with staff.
?¢ Educational Workshops: We also bring in seasoned professionals from outside of the Y to come and speak to caregivers about specific topics of expertise.
?¢ Grief and Bereavement Support: The loss of a loved one can be difficult to cope with. SHARED CARE offers on going support, through counseling and groups, to help you cope with your loss.
