My passion, training & expertise is completely centered on helping people create engaging and deeply satisfying relationships - I am a level 2 Gottman Trained Therapist and have received extensive training in couple's therapy from Drs. John & Julie Gottman and Dan Wiles PhD. The goal of treatment is to guide people to discover their inner resources, heal their trauma, build resilience and positive connections within their families and communities. I facilitate my clients to gain insight into the nature of their distress and sensitively guide them to a place of serenity and healthy emotional and intimate relationships.
