I enjoy keeping up with the latest research on a wide range of interventions, and practice research supported, gold standard, cognitive-behaviorally oriented techniques combined with real caring and personalized guidance. I often augment sessions with hypnosis, guided imagery and neurofeedback and also encourage better understanding of how vitamin deficiencies, personality style and inborn brain-wiring effect mood and functioning.

While I am not a particapting provider on insurance panels, I do have office staff available to check benefits and file claims on your behalf so that you can receive maximum out-of-network reimbursement.
