Serenity, Equanimity, Peace of Mind. Are these qualities sorely missing from your life? You are not alone. Most Westerners experience rushed living, lack of acceptance, anxious and depressed mood - what inevitably amounts to suffering. While pain is a universal experience, with practice suffering can become optional. But lack of skill, low motivation, and general haggardness of life prevent many from consistent self-care which can alleviate suffering. If this is your story, The Serenity Center was opened with you in mind. Reducing suffering to manageable levels is an achievable goal - and all you may need is a skillful guide.
"Psychotherapy for the Peace of Mind" is my calling. My experience with overcoming personal adversity, loss, and trauma make me singularly attuned to the suffering of others. I have lived in many cultures and diverse environments, having thus enriched my knowledge and broadened my mind. My personal philosophy is informed by Victor Frankl, Eva Eger, Irvin Yalom, Stephen Covey, and others.
I care about your suffering. Whether you need a silent witness or an adroit guide, I invite you to reach out to me. Together, we will reinforce your inner resources and build resilience. Whether your suffering is ongoing or frozen in time, I can help you. Surviving trauma is only the beginning of a journey. Let me walk with you the rest of the way.
