I work with ambitious professional adults who feel stuck: who are anxious/ depressed, feel they're stuck in a loop in their relationships or who are trying to make sense of patterns in their lives and want to become a better version of themselves. Utilizing a goal-oriented, direct and interactive approach, I help clients look at patterns in their lives: the way they think, how they express themselves, their relationships and help them learn more about themselves.

I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, self- empowerment, pre-marital education/ counseling, parenting coaching, stress management and relationships. I provide a goal-oriented approach that provides some structure to our sessions and am very interactive and will often assign homework and coping skills to practice in-between sessions.
