I take a generalist approach in practice, employing various methods, according to the need of the client. I provide supportive and insight-oriented counseling while empowering the client with skill development and education. I facilitate a client-led session style, allowing, when possible, for the client to determine goals in treatment, and how they would prefer to reach them.
