This webinar will be presented by both a family law attorney and a forensic psychologist. The webinar will present cases in which religious and cultural differences between one parent and the children occur and how that is viewed by both the courts and forensics. We will discuss what information is necessary for the presentation and the weight these issues are given in the overall determination.
