There is a lanuage of feelings, we need to recognize that there is no such thing as a bad feeling. Feeings are our minds way of talking to us and teeling us what we need.
Based on this concept what does anxiety mean? The need you mind need filled is "to have success in managing your life". When we feel that our life is out of our controll we feel anxiety.
You need to fill the need to get the message to turn off. Just like you need to fix the problem to get the check engine light to go off in you car.
This is done in two ways, either you get used to not needing to controll the presenting issue so the problem is in essence resolved or you need to take the neccessary steps to gain controll over that are in yout life.
