Discussing the benefits of a client having both mediation and therapy as resources during the divorce process.
3. Role Play: (30 minutes)
Participants divided into pairs of 4
Each group will have a mediator, therapist, and 2 clients. Following prompts according to their roles.
Participants will notice the different styles and benefits of each role and how they are suitable for each situation.
The mediation process, focusing on effective communication and conflict resolution techniques
The therapeutic process, focusing on emotional support, goal setting, and decision-making assistance
4. Children in Divorce (1 hour)
