Understanding Positive Psychology Foundations (20 minutes)

Definition and overview of positive psychology

Key principles: resilience, gratitude, grit, and post-traumatic growth

 Activity: Cultivating Gratitude (15 minutes)

Deep Dive: The PERMA Model (25 minutes)

Detailed explanation of each element of the PERMA model

Activity: Building Resilience and Grit (20 minutes)

Practical exercise: Identifying personal strengths and coping strategies &  outline action steps for cultivating grit and resilience

Post-Traumatic Growth and Meaningful Change (20 minutes)

Examination of post-traumatic growth and its role in transformation

Tools for Application (60 minutes)
