  1. Demonstrate the ability to formulate and communicate clear and effective requests to their supervisees, fostering transparent and constructive communication in the supervisory relationship.
  2. Develop the skills necessary to engage in and navigate challenging conversations with supervisees, demonstrating proficiency in fostering open communication, addressing conflicts, and promoting a supportive supervisory environment.
  3. Proficient in recognizing and effectively addressing negative reactions that may arise from supervisees during difficult conversations, demonstrating the ability to manage emotional responses, maintain a constructive dialogue, and cultivate a positive supervisory environment.

·         Giving positive feedback (5 minutes)

·         Types of difficult conversations: behavior; lack of knowledge/skills; performance review; assignment performed incorrectly, delivering unpopular decisions to individuals and teams (ie. changes in policies/procedures) general overview (20 minutes)

Registrants who are unable to attend a Frum Therapist seminar or live workshop may ask for, and will receive, a credit or refund (your choice). Refund requests will be processed within 3 business days.
