This training is designed for providers seeking to strengthen their understanding of evidence-based approaches to treating Anxiety Disorders. Participants will gain an overview of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (E/RP), with practical guidance on how to integrate these techniques into their therapeutic practice. Activity: Mock exposure hierarchy for a client (e.g., social anxiety or contamination OCD). Discuss clinician anxiety and resistance to exposures.
