Join Gitty Greenwald for a special breathwork session on Zoom in preparation for the new year. This experiential workshop is designed specifically for the month of Elul, offering a space for reflection, renewal, and connection through the power of breath.

Preparation Guidelines
To get the most from this online experiential breathwork session, please prepare:
- A quiet, private space where you will not be disturbed
- A yoga mat or comfortable space to lie down
- Optional: blanket, eye mask, water
- Headphones for clear music/audio
- Comfortable clothing
- Full 2 hours set aside for processing & integration

Gitty Greenwald is a psychotherapist in private practice and a trauma specialist with extensive training in body-based healing modalities including Somatic Intervention, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, hypnosis, breathwork, and energetic healing.

- Advanced practitioners seeking to review concepts and reinforce practice skills and/or access additional consultation
- Managers seeking to broaden micro and/or macro perspectives

- Refunds: Registrants who are unable to attend a Frum Therapist seminar or live webinars may ask for, and will receive, a credit or refund (your choice). Refund requests will be processed within 3 business days.
