The Future of Sex Therapy is an advanced, forward-thinking workshop designed to help clinicians understand, anticipate, and strategically shape the evolving landscape of psychosexual therapy. This course examines the shifting realities of clinical practice—including the integration of sex workers as collaborative partners and the transformative role of artificial intelligence in assessment, treatment, and supervision. Learners will explore professional trends, emerging fads, and the responsibilities of evidence-based practitioners in a rapidly changing cultural and technological environment. Special attention is given to future research priorities, the development of new treatment modalities, and the ethical expansion of the discipline. The course concludes with a reflective, career-oriented module focused on helping clinicians articulate long-term plans, clarify their mission and values, and build a sustainable professional vision for their role in the future of sex therapy.
