Many people come to therapy feeling emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves or loved ones, burdened by shame, or exhausted from painful relationship patterns that seem impossible to break. Some are struggling with betrayal, compulsive sexual behavior, anxiety, trauma, or loneliness. Others simply feel stuck and want a healthier, more honest, and more connected way of living.

 

I work with individuals and couples to better understand the emotional roots of these struggles and to build healthier ways of coping, communicating, connecting, and healing. My approach combines psychological insight, practical recovery tools, and Torah-informed values in a compassionate and nonjudgmental space
