Working collaboratively with you, we will set goals, problem-solve, & uncover the factors that drive your distressing feelings, thoughts, or behaviors.

During sessions, I value exploration of your personal history, experiences with primary caregivers, and relational patterns, in addition to concerns about current difficulties and personal meaning. Still, I believe that flexibility in approach—tailored to your needs—is essential for successful psychotherapy. You’re the expert on your experiences and the predicaments in which you find yourself.

I have experience treating a range of issues; anxiety, depression, low self-worth, trauma & stress related, life transitions, and other issues impacting your ability to lead productive, fulfilling lives.
