As a therapist, it is my privilege to join courageous individuals on their journey of healing their pain and hurt from the past as they build lives of authenticity, health, connection and emotional freedom.I take an interactive, collaborative approach to therapy while nurturing the therapeutic relationship as that is  the bedrock to solid healing. Bringing warmth, openness and creativity, I help clients transform pain to possibility. 

Integrating scientifically based therapies including EMDR, Somatic Interventions, Ego State Therapy (Parts Work), And Expressive Arts, my clients experience short term relief as well as change that lasts longer than their time in therapy.Areas of specialty include treating survivors of sexual abuse, attachment issues, complicated grief & shame, abandonment loss, anxiety disorders, complex post traumatic stress disorder and dissociative disorders.

Psychotherapy Approaches: I provide individual psychotherapy and trauma treatment using a holistic, integrative approach utilizing behavioral, somatic (mind-body) approaches, EMDR and mindfulness practices.

Supervision and Consultation: Consultation for mental health providers seeking to integrate evidence based trauma informed practice into their work. You'll learn how to administer comprehensive assessments, identify treatment goals and track progress through a thorough trauma lens.
