Micki Lavin-Pell

I am a warm and empathic therapist who enables people to feel comfortable to share. I aim to create a safe space in order to enable couples to talk to each other so that they can understand one another better. This is often difficult for couples to do on their own because they often get caught up in the emotions. In my work with individuals I provide a space that enables them to be able to best reflect on what it is that they would like to achieve, whether it be with regards to relationships, their career, or any other life goal. I believe strongly in the idea that in order to be a great therapist one must constantly work on themselves. I therefore spend a significant amount of my time investing in myself by learning new skills, tools and techniques that can be incorporated into my work with clients.
