About

I am a trained and certified psychotherapist who works with women and couples in Tzfat. I also work long distance via phone or skype for people who are unable to find the therapist that they need in their area. I have a thoughtful and sensitive client-centered approach, and have helped many clients who were: dealing with challenging relationships striving to build a positive sense of self struggling with physical and mental illnesses becoming the type of parents that they would like to be I draw from various approaches including: family systems psycho-dynamic therapy body centered psychotherapy EFT psychodrama guided imagery Each person is unique, and I find that having a well stocked toolbox helps me offer various approaches to meet the needs of each individual. As a frum woman I see therapy as a way to help each person become who they were created to be. Often the process of emotional healing and growth leads to spiritual growth as well.
