I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who works with adults, teens, and children, while providing culturally-competent psychotherapy in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Hebrew.

I know that the search can seem overwhelming and the process daunting, so I make it a priority to create a safe, comfortable, and professional therapeutic space, no matter your difficulties, background or needs. I strive to create a trusting relationship and provide a listening ear, while also using best practice interventions to work with you. I cater to suit each client, using an eclectic and empathic approach. I am trained in several evidence-based treatments including CBT, ACT, DBT, and EMDR.

 

I see patients via Zoom, as well as in my spacious office, which allows for appropriate social distancing and all other precautionary measures. I am here to navigate with you on your journey to meaning and fulfillment. I consider it both a great honor and responsibility when you choose me as your therapist!
