I am a frum therapist, working with adults, teens, and couples, struggling with a variety of issues. My specialties include treating symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also work with people struggling with addictions, treating both addicts and their spouses. While my approach is primarily relational, I incorporate elements of, mindfulness, somatic interventions, and Cognitive Therapy. I use EFT (Emotion Focused Therapy) with couples to help them work though conflict, improve the quality of their relationships and increase marital satisfaction. I have also received sexual addiction training from the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP).
