About

Whether you have depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, or just a lot of stress, you want things to be different. From self-acceptance comes the ability to create change in your life. With compassion and creativity, I can help you figure out who you are, how you got to be who you are, and how you can become the kind of person you would like to be. There is hope; you can feel better with some help.

Your Jewish practice can be a source of strength and support to help you feel better. I know about leading a halachic life and I can support you no matter what your Jewish observance is like.

I am an engaging, interactive therapist who works with individuals, couples and groups. I have extensive experience working with trauma survivors; issues of sexuality, sexual orientation and gender identity; people with difficulty in all kinds of relationships; people with negative body image; and people with depression or anxiety.

I believe therapy should be interesting and lively. Therapy with me focuses on strengths more than weaknesses, the present more than the past, and options more than obstacles. I love my work and welcome you to call or visit my web site to find out more.
