About

Aviva Nirenberg is a Professional Certified ADHD Coach (PCAC) and ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) who specializes in helping college students and adults with ADHD move from overwhelm to clarity, confidence, and meaningful action.

As the founder of Ascend with Aviva, she brings a deeply personal and professional understanding of ADHD—both from her extensive training and over 20 years of lived experience supporting family members with ADHD.

Aviva’s approach is what truly sets her apart. She integrates neuroscience-informed ADHD coaching with a holistic, strengths-based framework that goes beyond traditional productivity strategies. Rather than focusing solely on “fixing” challenges, she helps clients understand how their brains work, harness their unique strengths, and build sustainable systems that align with their values, energy, and real lives.

Her coaching blends executive function support, positive psychology, and practical tools with a strong emphasis on wellness—including sleep, nutrition, stress management, and overall well-being. Aviva is also a trained Health and Wellness Coach and is currently pursuing her National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) certification, further deepening her ability to support clients in creating lasting, whole-person change.

Known for her warm, relatable, and often humorous style, Aviva creates a supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and capable. Whether working with individuals or families, her mission is to help people with ADHD not just manage their lives—but truly thrive.
