I get that.

As a frum therapist, I've been a partner in my client's journeys to healing. With warmth, compassion and skill, I have effectively helped women facing a variety of issues including trauma, stress, major life changes, grief and loss and relationship difficulties.

I am specially trained in multiple models to treat trauma and I tailor treatment to meet my client's specific needs. I am often described as compassionate, insightful and grounded. I provide a safe space and accept you as you are. I strive to be a compass, to help you on your journey to uncover your truest self with trust, hope and healing.
