I am an EFT-informed therapist, as well as Gottman-certified. Utilizing these methods, we'll discover new ways to overcome the obstacles in your relationship. We’ll work together to help you reconnect with yourself and your partner and feel love again.

I also work with individuals navigating personal growth to build better relationships and overcome some past trauma.
