After obtaining his masters degree in Social Work from Hunter College School of Social Work in New York City, Mordechai focused his practice on cognitive and behavioral therapies. Over the past thirteen years, Mordechai has worked with an array of clientele from Holocaust Survivors and their families to young children providing play therapy and parenting consults. Drawing on his years of experience, Mordechai has assisted hundreds of clients cope with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship, and parenting issues. Over the past few years, Mordechai’s interests in more eclectic forms of therapy, such as, somatic, mindfulness, and expressive arts therapy has informed his practice.
