Ruth Saperstein

Ruth Saperstein is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in working with couples and individuals. Ruth works with couples with relationship issues, and Individuals with anxiety and OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). Ruth is also experienced in the treatment of struggling adolescents. Ruth is highly trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, Acceptance and commitment therapy and mindfulness techniques amongst many others. Ruth is client focused and places emphasis on creating a safe and nurturing environment for her clients to resolve any issue that they want to work on.
