Shira Frank LCSW is a seasoned play and family therapist, working for over 35 years. synthesizing Torah philosophy with psychological therapeutic techniques.  She is a trained EMDR practitioner, and has a private practice, in Flatbush, Brooklyn. She is the author of "50 Pathways to Wisdom", a highly acclaimed parenting book, with approbations from Rabbi Shmuel Kamenetzky, Dr. David Pelcovitz, and Rabbi Avraham Twerski.  She writes a weekly international parenting column in the Hamodia, for a number of years, which reflects her therapeutic direction, and philosophy. Her numerous columns are also featured on "Frum Marriage", a contemporary website, featuring various therapists.
