My training includes individual and family therapy, helping people make the most of themselves and their relationships.

As a family therapist, my focus is to help couples and families create relationship changes in order to have them maximize their experience and reduce tensions.  

My work is primarily a hybrid of practical solutions with the creation of a secure, deep relationship. I believe that for many, engaging in a real, transparent and safe relationship can create channels for them to recreate similar relationships with other as well.  This will enhance their overall relationships and bring them closer to happiness and serenity.
