Navigating ethical considerations is essential for effective and responsible sex therapy practice. This 1-hour course examines the principles that define successful treatment, including questions about goal setting, who is setting the goal, and coping with client ambivalence with regards to their goals. 

Participants will explore common ethical dilemmas in sex therapy, evaluate strategies for maintaining professional integrity, and learn how to make clinical decisions that prioritize client wellbeing and therapeutic outcomes. Through case examples and discussion, therapists will gain practical guidance for upholding ethical standards while supporting clients in achieving meaningful and sustainable sexual health and relational growth.
